We at CertifiedDigital strive to satisy our customer satisfaction with our products. Should you at any moment decide that you wish to cancel your order we would be more than happy to assist you with your request, depending on the status of your order. Our normal procedure here is 1-2 business days to process your order once we receive it and then your item will ship either USPS or UPS. All inquires for returns should be sent to CertifiedDigital@gmail.com to request a RMA number which is needed for a return. We do not handle any exchanges and only accept packages back in its original packaging.

If you wish to cancel your order and your order status is "processing", meaning your order has not shipped, then we will fulfill your request at no charge to you.

If you wish to cancel your order and your order status is shipped then the follow rules apply to your order:

Contact us directly at CertifiedDigital@gmail.com to request an RMA number for us to accept the return.
We only accept packages back in its original packaging, so should you open your item use it and are not satisfied with it we will NOT accept it back.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged to your cancellation / return due to us processing and shipping your order.
Any merchandise missing the original UPC cannot be returned for any reason.
We recommend that any item returned due us should be shipped via UPS and fully insured. The buyer would be responsible for the shipping costs on the return.
